2 oz carrot juice
1.5 oz raicilla
.5 oz aquafaba,
.5 oz spicy agave (infused with chiles)
Cracked Black pepper garnish
If possible carrot strings for garnish
The truth is that I was inspired by the flavors and notes that the raicilla gave me. Creamy, “cheesy” “earthy” and I thought a carrot cake.
