Miss Agave

  • .75 Lime

  • 2 oz carrot juice

  • 1.5 oz raicilla

  • .5 oz aquafaba,

  • .5 oz spicy agave (infused with chiles)

  • Cracked Black pepper garnish

  • If possible carrot strings for garnish

The truth is that I was inspired by the flavors and notes that the raicilla gave me. Creamy, “cheesy” “earthy” and I thought a carrot cake.
